Ethiopian Airlines has announced that it will offer four daily services to Nairobi with the latest B737-800 New Generation with Sky Interior, starting from 1 June 2014.
Ethiopian Airlines Group CEO, Mr. Tewolde Gebremariam, said: “We are very pleased to increase our flights to Nairobi from twice daily to four times a day. Nairobi holds a special historical significance for Ethiopian. We have been flying to the city since 1947, almost since the establishment of the airline. Today, Ethiopia and Kenya are registering fast economic growth and are strengthening their economic cooperation with increased trade ties and infrastructure connections. Ethiopian is playing its part in enabling greater investment, trade and business ties between the two countries by availing critically essential air connectivity.”
